The Personnel Appeals Panel of Harrow Council met on Wednesday 11 June 2025 to consider a disciplinary appeal. The panel unanimously resolved to dismiss the appeal.

Disciplinary Appeal

The Personnel Appeals Panel, chaired by Councillor Kanti Rabadia and including Councillors Ghazanfar Ali and June Baxter, convened to hear a disciplinary appeal. Councillor June Baxter declared a non-pecuniary interest as she had been copied into an email concerning the appellant's case, but remained in the meeting. The panel considered both verbal and written evidence presented by the appellant and management. Following this deliberation, the panel unanimously resolved to dismiss the appeal. The meeting, which began at 10:00 am, concluded at 1:05 pm.
