The Licensing Enforcement Sub-Committee of Leicester City Council met on 29 July 2025, at Leicester City Hall. Councillor Shital Adatia, Councillor Dr Susan Barton and Councillor Diane Cank were summoned to attend the meeting. The committee was scheduled to discuss a personal license review, and to confirm the minutes of their previous meeting.

Personal License Review

The Director of Neighbourhood and Environmental Services submitted a report for the sub-committee's consideration regarding a personal license review. The report is restricted under the terms of the Local Government Act 1972, specifically paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A, which relate to information about individuals, their identity, financial or business affairs, and the prevention, investigation, or prosecution of crime.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

The minutes from the Licensing Enforcement Sub-Committee meeting held on 24 June 2025 were included in the Public reports pack for confirmation as an accurate record. At the previous meeting, with Councillor Dr Susan Barton as chair, the sub-committee had refused a street trading consent to Raykdi Ltd to trade on Canon Street, Leicester.
