One representation was in full support, and three objected to the proposals. Councillor Fairclough stated via email that she was happy with the proposal. Parking Services expressed support for the proposal.

Swan Lane, St. Heliers Street and Punch Street One-Way Order

The Executive Cabinet Member approved the introduction of a one-way order on Punch Street and St. Heliers Street and Essingdon Street, but did not progress the one-way order for Swan Lane. The income generated for vehicle examinations is paid directly to the vehicle examination provider by the vehicle proprietors/licence holder. Hackney carriage and private hire vehicle proprietors are entitled to choose which provider will deliver the vehicle examination. Monitoring of Executive Member Decisions

The Borough Solicitor submitted a report which set out updated information regarding decisions that had previously been made by the Executive Cabinet Member. The Executive Cabinet Member noted the report.
