Exclusion of Press and Public
The sub-committee resolved that members of the press and public should be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the items of business. This decision was made in accordance with subsection 4 of Section 100A of the Local Government Act 19722, because it was likely that exempt information would be disclosed. The information was defined in section 100(1) and paragraph 1 (information relating to any individual) of Section 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
