• A trade waste agreement conspicuously displayed

The application for a premises licence for Popeyes, located at 14 Kingsland High Street, was withdrawn. The application sought authorisation for late-night refreshment, both indoors and outdoors, from Monday to Sunday, with extended hours for delivery only.

Representations were received from Environmental Enforcement, the Police Authority, the Licensing Authority, and several local residents, citing concerns about public nuisance, crime, and disorder.
