Summary

It included details of any significant variances and proposed actions to address them. Torbay Harbour Authority Outturn Report
The council was scheduled to discuss the TM Outturn 24-25 report, regarding the Torbay Harbour Authority. The Torbay Harbour Authority is responsible for the management and operation of the harbours in Torbay, including Brixham Harbour, Paignton Harbour and Torquay Harbour. The report provided an overview of the Harbour Authority's financial performance and activities for the 2024-25 financial year. Appendices 1 and 2 to the TM Outturn 2024-25 report were also included in the report pack.
