Footfall in Reddish increased by 20% in Quarter 1 of 2025 compared to the previous year, and the vacancy rate stands at 10.5%, which is declining and below the national average. The committee was asked to note the progress and provide feedback on ideas for allocating £10,000 of UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) funding.
