The Planning, Taxi Licensing & Rights of Way Committee are scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 24 September 2025, to discuss planning applications, decisions made under delegated powers, and appeal decisions. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting held at County Hall and via Zoom.
Planning Applications
The committee will be considering two planning applications:
Former St John's Ambulance Offices, Derwen Road, Ystradgynlais
The committee will be considering application 25/0980 FUL for the former St John's Ambulance Offices on Derwen Road, Ystradgynlais.
Land at Trawscoed and at Orchard Croft, Llandrinio
The committee will also be considering application 25/0154/REM for land at Trawscoed and at Orchard Croft, Llandrinio.
Decisions of the Head of Planning & Regulatory Services on Delegated Applications
The committee will receive a list of decisions made by the Head of Planning & Regulatory Services under delegated powers. The delegated list document contains these decisions.
Appeal Decisions
The committee will receive letters regarding appeals considered by Planning & Environment Decisions Wales1. The appeal decisions relate to:
