The Bromley Economic Partnership met on Tuesday 14 October 2025 to discuss the Bromley Accelerator Programme, the Local Plan, the Bromley Works/Connect to Work scheme, and to receive an update from the Economic Development Service. The meeting also included partner updates and a discussion of any other business.

Bromley Accelerator Programme

Anthony Crowther, from Goldsmiths, University of London, was scheduled to provide an update on the Bromley Accelerator Programme. The Bromley Accelerator Programme is a business support programme run by Bromley council.

Local Plan Update

Ben Johnson was scheduled to provide an update on the Local Plan. The Local Plan sets out the council’s planning policies and identifies how land is used and developed in the borough.

Bromley Works / Connect to Work

Joe Baker, Connect to Work Programme Lead at Bromley Council, was scheduled to discuss Bromley Works and Connect to Work. The Connect to Work programme is run by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and aims to support people into employment.

Economic Development Service Update

Daniel Murray, Bromley Council's Head of Economic Development, was scheduled to provide an update on the Economic Development Service.

Partner Updates

The agenda included a section for partner updates, allowing members of the Bromley Economic Partnership to share information and developments from their respective organisations.
