The Members Home to School Transport Appeals Panel met on 2 October 2025 to consider an appeal against the non-provision of free school transport. Councillors E.G. Thomas, G. Davies, A. Davies and D. Nicholas were scheduled to attend the virtual meeting.
Exclusion of the public
The Panel was asked to consider excluding the public from the meeting during a discussion of an appeal by applicant W.O.J., because it was expected that exempt information would be disclosed, as defined in paragraph 12 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 19721.
