Pension Fund Committee - Friday, 12th December, 2025 10.30 am

The Lancashire County Council Pension Fund Committee is scheduled to meet on 12 December 2025 to discuss a range of topics, including pension-related training for committee members, budget monitoring, responsible investments, and the Local Pensions Partnership annual report. The committee will also discuss the Funding Strategy Statement consultation, which is key to determining employer pension contribution rates for 2026-2029. The Lancashire County Council Development Control Committee convened to discuss planning applications and related matters. The agenda included decisions on applications in Fylde and South Ribble Borough, as well as an update on decisions taken by the Director of Environment and Planning.

Full Council - Thursday, 20th November, 2025 1.00 pm

The Full Council of Lancashire Council is scheduled to meet on 20 November 2025 to discuss local government reorganisation, committee appointments, and updates to the council's constitution. The meeting will also address questions from councillors and consider several notices of motion. Reports from the cabinet and various committees are also scheduled to be noted.

Regulatory Committee - Wednesday, 12th November, 2025 10.30 am

The Lancashire County Council Regulatory Committee met on Wednesday 12 November 2025 to discuss several matters relating to public rights of way. These included the review of the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way[^1], and a number of investigations into upgrading, extinguishment, creation and diversion of footpaths.

The upcoming Full Council meeting is set to address a variety of topics, including community safety, the members' allowance scheme, and the annual review of overview and scrutiny. Councillors will also discuss committee appointments, the Lancashire County Pension Fund, and the council's meeting schedule for 2026/27.
