The meeting was also scheduled to include a 72 seconds' silence to remember those who lost their lives in the Grenfell tragedy[^1].

Full Council - Wednesday, 25th June, 2025 6.30 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Full Council met to discuss a range of issues, including community safety, the impact of national insurance contributions, and step-free access at South Kensington station. The council agreed to note reports on urgent decisions and community safety, and also agreed to request that the Lead Member for Finance investigate the implications of changes to National Insurance Contributions (NICs) and make a written submission to the government.
