Cornwall Council met to discuss health and wellbeing board alignment, and the operation of special urgency provisions. The council approved recommendations regarding the Health and Wellbeing Board and Integrated Care Partnership alignment, and noted the report on special urgency and call-in provisions.

East Sub-Area Planning Committee - Monday, 14th April, 2025 10.00 am

The East Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss planning application PA24/06612 regarding the repowering of a wind turbine near Michaelstow. The Central Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss one planning application and note an item for information regarding appeals. The committee voted to delegate authority to the Chief Planning Officer to grant full planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Arla Creamery site in Trevarrian, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement.
