The Cabinet approved the renewal of the Spalding Town Public Space Protection Order for a further three years with existing conditions. They also agreed to monitor suggested new areas for inclusion and review current signage. This decision was made on 28/04/2026.

The Cabinet of South Holland Council approved the use of £67,398 in Disabled Facilities Grant funding on 28 April 2026. This funding will extend the Lincolnshire Good Home Alliance advice and casework service for 21 months and support the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants and Discretionary Housing Financial Assistance. The council will amend its capital and revenue budgets to reflect these decisions.

The Cabinet of South Holland Council approved the Health and Safety Policy (V5.0) on 28/04/2026. They delegated authority to the Assistant Director Regulatory, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, to make amendments to the policy as required.

The Cabinet approved the draft Data Protection Policy and Records Management Policy on 28/04/2026. Cabinet also approved delegation of amendments to these policies to the Assistant Director Governance and the Data Protection Officer, respectively, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to reflect changes in ICO guidance.

The Cabinet of South Holland Council decided to note the forecast revenue position of a projected £187,000 underspend for 2025/26 and the need for continued focus on the savings and efficiency programme. They also noted the forecast revenue position of the HRA for 2025/26, the HRA Capital Programme position and changes, and that debt restructuring on HRA borrowing was carried out in March 2026. The Cabinet also noted amendments to the Capital Programme.
