Western Area Planning Committee - Wednesday 17 December 2025 3.00 pm
Melksham Area Board - Wednesday 12 November 2025 7.00 pm
The Melksham Area Board met to discuss community funding, highway improvements, and youth services in the area. Councillors approved funding for the Corsham Windband Association and Age UK Wiltshire, and also agreed to add a dropped kerb crossing in Bader Park, Bowerhill to the priority schemes list. A decision on funding for a pedestrian refuge island on Eastern Way, Melksham was deferred until the next meeting.
Cabinet - Tuesday 11 November 2025 10.00 am
The Wiltshire Council Cabinet met on 11 November 2025 and approved an increase to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) allocation for the Chippenham Avon Project, as well as the quarterly revenue and capital budget monitoring reports, and the Treasury Management Strategy report. The Cabinet heard announcements from the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Members, and responded to questions from members of the public.
Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday 23 October 2025 10.30 am
The Strategic Planning Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss a planning application for a solar farm, as well as updates on planning appeals. The committee was also expected to review the minutes from their previous meeting. Public participation was also on the agenda, allowing members of the public to voice their opinions on the matters being discussed.

The Wiltshire Council meeting on 21 October 2025 addressed a range of topics, including the approval of the Our Wiltshire Plan 2025-2035, an update on the council's response to the climate emergency, and discussions on various motions from council members.
