The Hackney Procurement Board approved the direct award of a contract for Mosaic Social Care system support and hosting services to supplier A on 09 December 2025. The Board also approved commencing competitive tender processes for healthcare-related and non-healthcare substance use services frameworks, with a total value of £11,155,000 and £4,905,000 respectively, both beginning 01/04/2026. Officers will provide additional information on how assessments were undertaken for specific lots, and DvA will follow up regarding the Sanctuary Scheme report timetable.
