page 70 if everyone's got the same document it's the Medigold data we've got appointment data in there and it looks like half of it is broken down by directorates and then we've got 50% which equates to 136 which says others what would that be bear with me that's all
I mean is it possible to find out if that is just it's not recorded properly or if that's just the 50% it's made up of one or two people in lots and lots of different departments but I think 50% others is probably not a particularly useful figure to have
I mean there's loads of departments there I see that aren't mentioned but it could just be that there's one person to see if you try and do everything but I think maybe instead of breaking it down to the level that we're doing where we've got children in need early support can I just add to that we were thinking that that might be schools is that a possibility
so this is the referral data so I can't imagine that of that 50% only 4% were referred so I was a little bit confused I mean the referral data will be from the 100% of the other side so obviously we'll encapsulate those that are in the other section albeit we don't know which department they're in because the way I'm reading it is that of that 50% because this refers to how many people were referred of that 50% and I can't imagine that it would only be 4% rather than any outcome
when we look at the reasons for appointments musculoskeletal and mental health a big chunk of the reasons for appointments but then when we look at the page 70 appointment data only 18 out of the 271 appointments were actually face to face and it's just figures but I'm just asking you know if you've got a large chunk that's musculoskeletal and mental health I would have expected to see a lot more face to face appointments rather than 18 on site and 253 remote which I'm presuming is over the phone just figures
