The board was also scheduled to discuss updates from the chair and commissioner, and receive minutes from various subcommittees. Additionally, members were expected to consider the review of activities of the City of London Police Pension Board.

The Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee of the City of London Council met on 21 July 2025 to discuss a range of projects and procurement matters. These included contract extensions for waste management and street cleansing services, improvements to Leadenhall Street, and the progression of the Bunhill, Barbican & Golden Lane Healthy Neighbourhood Plan. The sub-committee was also scheduled to discuss and approve the minutes from its previous meeting.

The Epping Forest & Commons Committee were scheduled to discuss governance proposals, an increase to wayleave fees, the purchasing of grounds maintenance machinery and remedial works to a reservoir. The committee was also scheduled to consider the appointment of a member to serve as an observer on the Natural Environment Board.
