...that the Executive should ensure wide-ranging and inclusive consultation on the Corporate Plan and related strategies, that Corporate Performance Reports from April 2026 should demonstrate alignment between the new Corporate Plan, Key Performance Indicators, and Value-for-Money indicators, that the golden thread between the Corporate Plan and all council activity should be clearly articulated and evidenced, and that officers should liaise with the Executive and a member to include explicit reference to looked-after children and corporate parenting within the Corporate Plan.
