Non-Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday 7th August 2025 6.00 pm

The West Northamptonshire Council Non-Strategic Planning Committee met on 7 August 2025 to discuss several planning applications and related matters. The committee approved applications for 8 Stimpson Avenue, 6 Banbury Lane, and Linfield, Duncote Road, while refusing applications for 4 Ivy Road and 45 Greenfield Avenue, contrary to officer recommendations. Extraordinary Meeting, Non-Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday 24th July 2025 6.00 pm
