The Council of West Northamptonshire Council convened to consider nominations for Honorary Aldermen and Alderwomen. The Alcohol & Gambling Licensing Sub-Committee of West Northamptonshire Council met on 22 September 2025 to consider a premises licence review. Councillor Stephen Hibbert, Councillor Adrian Cartwright, and Councillor Caroline Phillips were scheduled to attend the meeting. The sub-committee was scheduled to determine an application for a premises licence review for Dracula Magazin.

Non-Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday 4th September 2025 6.00 pm

The Non-Strategic Planning Committee met on 4 September 2025, to discuss several planning applications in the West Northamptonshire area. Councillors voted to approve an application for Catesby Park, and The Poplars Farm, while applications for land in Potterspury and Middleton Cheney were refused. The committee also agreed to hold an additional meeting on Thursday 23 October 2025, to discuss application 2025/0057/MAO for Land at Harlestone Road and York Way, Dallington.

Place and Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Wednesday 3rd September 2025 6.00 pm

The Place and Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee met to discuss the budget scrutiny process for 2025/26, receive updates on budget monitoring and the Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP), and review the waste collection and cleansing services. The committee agreed to its budget scrutiny process for the upcoming year and received feedback on the consultation of the Local Plan for West Northamptonshire. The committee also reviewed and noted its work programme.
