The Full Council of Lancashire Council is scheduled to meet on 20 November 2025 to discuss local government reorganisation, committee appointments, and updates to the council's constitution. The Lancashire County Council Regulatory Committee met on Wednesday 12 November 2025 to discuss several matters relating to public rights of way. These included the review of the Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way[^1], and a number of investigations into upgrading, extinguishment, creation and diversion of footpaths.

The Lancashire County Council Pension Fund Committee met to discuss responsible investment, review the draft funding strategy statement, and address an urgent matter regarding the McCloud remedy[^2] and reporting requirements.
