Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 7.00 pm
At a meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee of Lewisham Council, councillors approved a hybrid planning application for the redevelopment of Lewisham Shopping Centre and its adjacent land, despite concerns about the level of affordable housing offered. The Planning Committee A of Lewisham Council met to discuss a number of planning and licensing applications, including a proposal for the demolition of a garage and the construction of a house at 2a Gaynesford Road.
