Crematorium Lodge is to be converted from residential use to provide workspace for Crematorium staff on development of the new facility. Decision Made

Surrender of Leases

From: Cabinet - Thursday, 24th July, 2025 6.00 pm - July 24, 2025

The intention of TWBC to dispose of a number of property assets requires the surrender of the leases between the Council and Tunbridge Wells Property Holdings that exist for those properties to ensure they are sold unencumbered of other interests. As and when vacant possession is gained for each property and a sale agreed then the lease is no longer required then steps can be taken to surrender that lease. This will be for the following properties: Apartments 10,13,18 and 23 Grove Hill House, Grove Hill Road, Tunbridge Wells, 25 Monson Road, Tunbridge Wells and Cemetery Lodge, Benhall Mill Road, Tunbridge Wells.
