About

The Finance, Innovation and Transformation Cabinet Advisory Board provides advice to the Cabinet on matters within its remit, which includes strategic policy, finance, ICT, human resources, and governance. It considers key and non-key decisions before they are made by the Cabinet and assists in developing policy framework issues. This board has an advisory role only and cannot make decisions itself. Its discussions and recommendations aim to support the Cabinet's development of strategies and policies affecting the council's operations and services.
