The committee also resolved to grant planning permission for the demolition of a car wash and pet hospital at 1A and 1C Eynsham Drive and their replacement with a co-living development, a hotel and a new pet hospital, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement. The committee also resolved to grant planning permission for the retention for up to ten years of a decked car park on land to the west of West Parkside and east of Millennium Way on the Greenwich Peninsula, subject to conditions.
