A draft of the design guide was approved for consultation earlier this year. The consultation has now taken place and cabinet are being asked to a) approve changes to be made to the design guide in response to the feedback received; and b) that the finalised design guide be published on the council's website and used in development management decision making and other development related discussions/processes.

Day Opportunities Framework- Adults (H&ASC6)

Intention to tender for a new framework for the provision of Day Opportunities for all age Adults across the Borough of Stockport. The Framework has been created to offer a wider variety of choice, flexibility and value for money for individuals assessed as requiring access to day opportunities.

Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) fund Memorandum of Understanding Report (PH&T8)

The Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Fund (LEVI) is intended to create a commercial offer for residents without private off-street parking to have access to electric vehicle charging on residential streets near their homes to allow for overnight charging. The LEVI funding from Central Government has been awarded to Greater Manchester to create this market with commercial partners with some flexibility to meet individual local authority priorities. In order to take part in the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Fund scheme being taken forward by Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) Stockport Council is required to sign the memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the local electric vehicle infrastructure fund.
