The Cabinet of Harrow Council approved the appointment of Portfolio Holder Assistants and the payment of Special Responsibility Allowance to them from 11 June 2026. The decision was made by the Cabinet of Harrow Council on 11 June 2026. The council will pay a Special Responsibility Allowance of £4,725 per annum to each appointed Portfolio Holder Assistant.

Harrow Council's Cabinet decided on 11 June 2026 to recommend to Council the approval of the publication of the pre-submission version of the West London Waste Plan for comment. The Cabinet also recommended that delegated authority be given to the Chief Planning Officer to make minor modifications and submit the plan to the Secretary of State.
