The Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to meet on Thursday 19 June 2025 to elect a vice chair, discuss ways of working, and decide on a topic for a deep dive
investigation. The panel was also expected to discuss and develop terms of reference, and agree on co-optees.
Planning Committee - Thursday, 12 June 2025 7:00 pm
The Hounslow Council Planning Committee convened to discuss several planning applications, including reserved matters for a residential building at Brentford Waterside, and various residential extensions and outbuildings in Acton and Chiswick. Several applications were brought to the committee following call-in requests from Councillor Joanna Biddolph.

The annual meeting of the Borough Council of the London Borough of Hounslow was scheduled to include the election of a new Mayor and the appointment of a Deputy Mayor, as well as the establishment of and appointments to various council bodies and outside organisations. The Hounslow Council Licensing Panel met on Thursday 22 May 2025, appointing Councillor Aftab Siddiqui as Chair and granting a premises licence with amendments to Pure in the Park Ltd, located in Gunnersbury Park. The panel reviewed an application for a new premises licence, considering representations and objections before making their decision.
Borough Council - Tuesday, 25 March 2025 7:30 pm
The Hounslow Borough Council meeting included the adoption of a new transport strategy, discussion of member allowances, and a review of the council's constitution. Councillors also approved the appointment of independent members to the Audit and Governance Committee and addressed questions on street lighting and other local issues.
