The Hounslow Council Health and Adults Care Scrutiny Panel met on Monday 3 November 2025 to discuss early evidence of the new model of care, and to plan future activities. The panel was also scheduled to review notes from a prior informal meeting.

The Hounslow Council Licensing Panel met on 27 October 2025, and appointed Councillor Farhaan Rehman as Chair of the meeting. The panel then moved to a review of the premises licence for The Local, and decided to revoke the licence.

The Hounslow Council Licensing Panel convened to discuss a temporary street trading licence for the Chiswick Antiques & Vintage Market, ultimately granting the licence for six months with specific conditions. The panel agreed to extend the market's clear-up time to 5:30 pm, but also required the applicant to submit a detailed management plan to address concerns about safety and compliance. Councillor Dan Bowring was appointed Chair of the meeting.

The Hounslow Council Licensing Panel convened to discuss a single application for a temporary street trading licence. Councillor Aftab Siddiqui was appointed Chair of the meeting. The panel ultimately decided to refuse the application for Carlos Takeaway to operate a stall and marquee on Hounslow High Street.

Borough Council - Tuesday, 16 September 2025 7:30 pm

The Hounslow Borough Council met on 16 September 2025, and among other things, noted the State of the Borough 2025 report, approved the Hounslow Youth Justice Service Plan 2024-2027 (updated 2025), and agreed to participate in a flexible voting pilot for the May 2026 local elections, subject to government approval. The council also discussed tributes to the late Councillor Sukhbir Singh Dhaliwal, petitions, licensing policies, scrutiny reports, the appointment of a Chief Executive, appointments to committees, and motions on waste, child poverty, and culture.
