The Licensing Panel will consider an application by KSMV Properties Ltd to vary the premises licence for 299-303 Chiswick High Road, W4 4HH.
KSMV Properties Ltd is applying to extend the current licensing and trading hours by one hour on Fridays and Saturdays, and on evenings before public holidays. The proposed variation would apply to both the ground floor and basement of the premises.
The applicant is requesting the following hours:
- Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: Sunday to Thursday 09:00 to 00:30, Friday to Saturday 09:00 to 02:00
- Live music, Recorded music (Indoors): Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:00, Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 02:00
- Late-night Refreshment (Indoors): Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:30, Friday to Saturday 23:00 to 02:00
- Hours premises are open to the public: Sunday to Thursday 09:00 to 00:30, Friday to Saturday 09:00 to 02:00

- A Senior Principal Regulatory Officer has raised concerns about noise from the premises, stating that they have recently received renewed complaints and have
significant concerns with regards the extending of the hours

Councillor Biddolph also raises concerns about breaches of licensing conditions and planning permission, the disruptive effect of music on nearby residents, waste management, vermin, drug taking and dealing, and public safety in relation to a fire exit.
- Three representations from other persons have been received, all concerned with the extension of the hours.
- One ward councillor, Councillor Ranjit Gill, has expressed support for the application, stating that it is in line with neighbouring businesses and will help the economy grow.
