...to endorse the Greyfriars Vision and Framework, approve a delivery approach in partnership with the English Cities Fund, and authorize the appointment of the English Cities Fund for the Stage 1 Pre-Development Services Agreement, all aimed at regenerating the derelict Greyfriars site into a high-quality mixed-use development.

...to recommend to the Council a continuation of the existing Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2025-2026, with minor adjustments for annual benefits uprating.

...to approve the proposed distribution of the Household Support Fund (HSF) 6, targeting low-income residents, households in crisis, and families with children, while delegating authority for distribution changes and redistribution of unassigned funds.

...to provide sound governance and transparency in managing the Council's companies by establishing a Cabinet Sub-Committee with terms of reference and membership determined by the Leader.
