The Pensions Committee of Cornwall Council scheduled a meeting to discuss a business update from the Cornwall Pension Fund, an update from the Brunel Pension Partnership, and various governance matters. The meeting was scheduled to take place in the Trelawny Room at County Hall in Truro.

Cabinet - Wednesday, 18th June, 2025 10.00 am

Cornwall Council's Cabinet was scheduled to meet on 18 June 2025 to discuss the council's performance and finances, as well as the impact of key government policies and funding reforms. The meeting was also scheduled to include a discussion of the Council Performance Report for the fourth quarter of 2024/25, and the Provisional Outturn Report for 2024/25. Finally, the meeting was scheduled to include a discussion of any urgent business.

Licensing Act Sub Committee - Wednesday, 11th June, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Act Sub Committee of Cornwall Council met on Wednesday to consider applications for premises licences for the Cornish Craft Barn Ltd and The Ritz. Both applications had received objections from other persons, and so were scheduled to be discussed at a hearing.

Street Trading and Pavement Licensing Sub Committee - Tuesday, 10th June, 2025 3.30 pm

Licensing Act Committee - Thursday, 5th June, 2025 10.00 am

The Licensing Act Committee met to elect a chair and vice-chair, to review the Street Trading policy, and to discuss pavement licensing. Councillor Robin Moorcroft was elected Chairman of the Licensing Act Committee for 2025/26, and Councillor Damon Dennis was elected Vice-Chairman. The committee voted to allow the Street Trading Sub-Committee to also handle Pavement Licences, and authorised a public consultation on updates to the Street Trading Statement of Practices, Procedures and Policy.
