The application has drawn representations from local residents and the police, and the sub-committee was to consider whether to grant the licence with or without changes, or to refuse it.

The Street Trading and Pavement Licensing Sub Committee met to consider an application for a street trading consent. Councillor Robin Moorcroft, Chairman of the Committee, opened the meeting, and the committee resolved to grant the application.

The Cornwall Council Appeals Committee met on Monday 7 July 2025 to discuss several requests for travel assistance for pupils attending schools across Cornwall. Councillor Pauline Giles was elected Chair for the meeting. All requests for travel assistance were refused, with the exception of one appeal which had been withdrawn prior to the meeting.

The Licensing Act Sub Committee of Cornwall Council met on 4 July 2025 to consider a review of a premises licence. The meeting was scheduled to begin with the election of a chair, apologies for absence, and declarations of interest. It was then expected to move into a discussion of the application, before potentially excluding the press and public.
