The Governance Committee of Havering Council convened to discuss several key issues, including polling place changes, constitutional reviews, staff member voting rights on the Pensions Committee, and the governance of Mercury Land Holdings (MLH). The committee endorsed a change to a polling place, recommended constitutional amendments for approval by the full council, and agreed to allow voting rights for a staff representative on the Pensions Committee.
