The Miscellaneous Licensing Committee of Cornwall Council met on Friday 25 April 2025, to discuss several licensing issues, including applications for new licenses, and a review of existing licenses. The East Sub-Area Planning Committee met to discuss planning application PA24/06612 regarding the repowering of a wind turbine near Michaelstow. Urgent Driver/Operator/Vehicle Sub Committee - Wednesday, 9th April, 2025 9.00 am
The Urgent Driver/Operator/Vehicle Sub Committee of Cornwall Council convened on Wednesday, 9 April 2025, and made the decision to revoke the licenses of three individuals: a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver, a Private Hire Vehicle Licence holder, and a Private Hire Operator. These decisions were made due to concerns about the conduct and suitability of the individuals to hold such licenses. Councillor Jane Pascoe chaired the meeting.
