Councillor Stephen Hibbert, Councillor Adrian Cartwright, and Councillor Caroline Phillips were scheduled to attend the meeting. The sub-committee was scheduled to determine an application for a premises licence review for Dracula Magazin.

Alcohol & Gambling Licensing Sub-Committee - Wednesday 17th September 2025 10.00 am

The Alcohol & Gambling Licensing Sub-Committee were scheduled to convene to consider a premises licence review for Rai Convenience Store. The review was triggered by concerns raised by the Home Office Immigration Department regarding the prevention of crime and disorder. Councillors were also expected to discuss excluding the press and public from the meeting due to the presence of exempt information.

Planning Policy Committee Officer

Planning Policy Committee - Wednesday 17th September 2025 6.00 pm

The West Northamptonshire Council Planning Policy Committee met to discuss and approve the release of the draft West Northamptonshire Infrastructure and Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (WNIDCSPD) for public consultation. The committee also agreed to use the indexation arrangements outlined in the document for all section 106 agreements[^2] in the interim. Finally, they delegated authority to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist Services to make minor changes to the document before its release.
