BCF - entry into s75 agreement with SWL ICB for 23-25 BCF Plan

This report is to ask Cabinet to agree to enter into a S75 Legal Agreement in order to pool and receive the Better Care Fund Monies for the current financial year. It is a national planning requirement of the BCF that a s75 underpins the BCF plan between local authorities and their ICB.
