The Adult Care and Public Health Scrutiny Committee met on 28 January 2026 to discuss the Adult Care and Community Wellbeing budget proposals for 2026/27, the future of the Integrated Lifestyle Service, the recommissioning of Home Based Reablement services, and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report. The committee supported passing comments on the budget proposals to the Executive, but voted against recommending the continuation of the Integrated Lifestyle Service in its current form, opting instead to support the Executive's recommendation to dissolve it. They also supported the recommissioning of the Home Based Reablement service and the Director of Public Health's Annual Report.

The Corporate Parenting Panel of Lincolnshire Council was scheduled to review performance reports concerning children in care, discuss private fostering arrangements, and consider the annual report of the regional adoption agency. The panel was also set to review its work programme for the coming year.

Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education - Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 2.00 pm

The Lincolnshire Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education (SACRE) met on 11 November 2025, and elected Chris Burke as Chairman and Cherry Edwards OBE as Vice-Chairman for 2025/26. Members reviewed the current membership of SACRE, and agreed to recommend changes to the local authority to allow for broader representation across the education sector. The council also approved the SACRE Action Plan for 2025-26, which outlines key priorities for the coming year.
