...to accept the application in part, the Regulatory Committee approved recommendations to make a Definitive Map Modification Order under S53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 to add a footpath across the railway A-X and restricted byway X-B, and to promote the Order to confirmation, if necessary by submitting it to the Planning Inspectorate.
