...to continue the current Council Tax Reduction scheme and Council Tax Premiums from 1 April 2026 without changes, and to approve the S13A (1) (C) Policy and Discretionary Housing Payments Policy.

...to ensure service continuity, maintain the "behind the gate" food waste collection policy in areas with free-roaming livestock, and improve bring site management, the Council approved additional funding, including a supplementary budget for 2025/26, an increase to the Medium-Term Financial Plan from 2026/27, and an addition to the Capital Programme for 2026/27 for new vehicles.

...to note the half yearly update on the Council's Complaints Handling and Performance for the period 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025, as it meets increased scrutiny requirements set out in complaint handling codes.

...to approve the tax base for the year 2026/27 as 74,305.8, which is used for determining budget setting and the amount of council tax to levy.

...to note the latest budget forecasts for the General Fund, HRA, and Capital, approve roles to support phase 1 LGR activity, approve budget virements within the HRA, approve net changes to the Capital Programme totalling £154,000, and recommend to the Council that £1.5 million is transferred from the Budget Equalisation Reserve to the Local Government Reorganisation Reserve.
