The Overview & Scrutiny Committee is scheduled to meet to discuss a range of topics, including updates from the Mayor, the Women's Commission, and the council's waste services. The committee will also review forthcoming decisions and consider pre-decision scrutiny of cabinet papers.

Health & Adults Scrutiny Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 6.30 p.m.

The Health & Adults Scrutiny Sub-Committee is scheduled to meet on 11 November 2025 to discuss the Adult Social Care (ASC) performance dashboard, neighbourhood health teams, and the Learning Disability Strategy. The Sub-Committee will also review the action log from previous meetings.

Cabinet - Wednesday, 15th October, 2025 5.30 p.m.

The Tower Hamlets Council cabinet met to discuss a range of issues, including the submission of the local plan, contract procurement, and strategies for safeguarding adults and managing flood risk. The cabinet agreed to submit the draft new local plan to the Secretary of State, procure a replacement film locations management contract, and recommission the East London Apartments homeless hostel.

Tower Hamlets Health and Wellbeing Board - Monday, 29th September, 2025 5.00 p.m.

The Tower Hamlets Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss the strategic vision for 2035, children's health, safeguarding, mental health, and special educational needs. The board agreed to the recommendations in the report on the strategic vision for 2035 and the health and wellbeing strategy, and also agreed to note the contents of the reports on the children's healthy weight plan, the Children's Safeguarding Annual Report 2024-2025, the Safeguarding Adults Board Annual Report 2024-2025, the Children and Young People's Mental Health Needs Assessment, and the SEND Inspection Report and SEND Annual Report.
