Cabinet approval is sought to delegate the awarding of a contract to establish, coordinate and maintain a service (or services) for unpaid Carers in the City, to the Director of Adult Social Care and Prevention, following an open and competitive tender process. The Council is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver professional advice and support services from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.
