Mayor and Cabinet - Wednesday, 30th April, 2025 6.00 pm
The Mayor and Cabinet of Lewisham Council were scheduled to meet on 30 April 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including contract extensions, performance updates, and a review of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). They were also scheduled to consider referrals from the Healthier Communities Select Committee and the Children and Young People Select Committee. The meeting of the Mayor and Cabinet of Lewisham Council on the 12th of February 2025 was about the budget for the coming year. The main item scheduled for discussion was the 2025/26 Budget Report [^2]. The meeting made a number of decisions, including approving the School Minor Works Programme 2025, the procurement strategy for enforcement agents for unpaid council tax and business rates, a proposal to dispose of a number of council-owned garage sites, and the adoption of a non-immediate Article 4 Direction to remove certain permitted development rights. The committee also agreed to extend the current contracts for both the Adult Substance Misuse Service and the Young People's Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Service, and to award the contract for Extra Care Services at Conrad Court.
