Court of Common Council - Friday, 12th December, 2025 1.00 pm

The Court of Common Council is scheduled to meet to discuss investment in social housing, award a contract for a sexual health programme, and consult on modifications to the City Plan 2040. They will also be asked to approve the annual on-street parking accounts, and to formally thank the late Lord Mayor.

West Ham Park Committee - Thursday, 11th December, 2025 9.30 am

The West Ham Park Committee met to discuss the park's budget for 2026/27, and to receive an update on the park's activities. The committee was also scheduled to discuss a proposal for the Natural Environment Charities Review grant funding model. Some of these discussions were scheduled to take place in a non-public session.

The Natural Environment Board is scheduled to discuss the 2026/27 budget, fees and charges for City Gardens, and responsible dog ownership. They will also receive a verbal update on the Climate Action Strategy and City Gardens.

Finance Committee - Tuesday, 9th December, 2025 1.00 pm

The Finance Committee convened to discuss a range of financial matters, including approving the 2026/27 operational budget estimates, allocating funds from the International Disaster Fund, and addressing the financial challenges facing the Housing Revenue Account[^1]. The committee also reviewed the Integrated Facilities Management strategy and approved contingency funding for the Bury Street public inquiry.

Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee - Monday, 8th December, 2025 11.00 am

The Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee met to discuss the City Arts Initiative, the Sculpture in the City programme, the revenue outturn forecast, and Keats House. The committee approved two blue plaque proposals, rejected one, and deferred a decision on the Sculpture in the City programme pending further information. The committee also reviewed the revenue outturn forecast as at Quarter 2 2025/26.
