The approval is subject to conditions including details of crime prevention measures, hours of operation, site lighting, colour banding, sustainability, noise and vibration, and drainage.

The Strategic Planning Committee approved the demolition of an existing building and the erection of two employment units at 1 Stone Circle Road, Northampton, on 21 October 2025. The decision was approved subject to conditions. These conditions include a post-commissioning noise survey, full site characterisation and risk assessment, a remediation scheme, procedures for unexpected contamination, a detailed site-specific Construction Environmental Management Plan, and a detailed lighting scheme.
