The Strategic Planning Committee approved the reserved matters application for two industrial and/or storage and distribution buildings at Towcester Park. The decision was made on 21 October 2025. The approval is subject to conditions including details of crime prevention measures, hours of operation, site lighting, colour banding, sustainability, noise and vibration, and drainage.
