...regretted the Open University's decision regarding a city-centre campus, requested a review of its impact on the city centre and in-person undergraduate education, reaffirmed commitment to face-to-face higher education, noted existing provision, and proposed a conference to discuss the city's future post-secondary educational provision.

...amended the Taxi Policy to allow new applicants to be granted a licence with up to 11 DVLA points, and adjusted the conditions for existing licence holders regarding DVLA points and required training.

...endorsed the adoption of vehicle, operator, and driver associated fees and charges for 2026/27, to take effect from 1 April 2026.

...approved the addition of capital flood risk management funding to the 2026/27 Council budget for the Lavendon and Woughton Flood Alleviation Schemes, the establishment of a Flood Capital Programme, and the commencement of procurement for these projects.
