...to approve the establishment of various committees and bodies for the 2025-26 municipal year, including standing, scrutiny, regulatory, and local committees, along with the allocation of seats and appointment of chairs and members.

...to note the outcome of the by-election held on 10 April 2025, the current vacancy on the Council, and that there is no impact on the allocation of seats at this time.

...to improve access to local GP services, the Council endorsed the recommendations of the 2024 Healthwatch Sutton Report, urged GP surgeries to embrace the report's recommendations, and called for collaborative action to address the challenges in accessing GP appointments.

...to address enforcement issues on Sutton High Street, the Council approved recommendations to commission a feasibility study on pedestrianisation, compile accident data, consult stakeholders, review enforcement frameworks, and form a task group to address resident complaints about enforcement officers.

...to place on record its thanks to the Mayor, Cllr Colin Stears, and the Deputy Mayor, Cllr Louise Phelan, for their service in the 2024/25 term.
