The Planning Sub-Committee of Hackney Council decided to grant conditional planning permission on 11 March 2026. This decision was subject to the completion of a legal agreement.

The Planning Sub-Committee of Hackney Council noted the delegated decisions document for the 16 February 2026 to 25 February 2026 period on 11 March 2026. Decisions included granting planning permission for extensions and alterations at various addresses, granting lawful development certificates, and granting consent for works to trees. Decisions also included refusing an application for advertisement consent and refusing a discharge of condition application.

The Planning Sub-Committee of Hackney Council decided to grant planning permission for 1 Albion Drive on 11 March 2026. This permission is subject to conditions and the completion of a Section 106 legal agreement. The decision allows for the sub-division of a single family dwelling into two separate flats, including demolition of a rear outbuilding, excavation for a light well, a rear extension, and a mansard roof extension.

The Planning Sub-Committee approved the minutes of the previous meeting held on 4 February 2026. The committee also granted conditional planning permission for two residential developments at Buckland Court Garages and Garages Adjacent to Cropley Court, subject to legal agreements. Additionally, planning permission was granted for residential developments at Fellows Court and Weymouth Court, also subject to conditions and legal agreements.

The Planning Sub-Committee of Hackney Council decided to withdraw an agenda item on 11 March 2026.
