Strategic Planning Committee - Thursday, 11th December, 2025 7.00 pm

The Strategic Planning Committee of Havering Council met on 11 December 2025, to discuss a number of planning applications. The committee approved the application for a new Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) school at Sports Ground, Balgores Lane, and deferred a decision on the Havering Islamic Community Centre at 222-226 South Street, Romford.

The Havering Council Pensions Committee was scheduled to meet to discuss the fund's valuation, performance, and climate-related disclosures, as well as updates on the government's Fit for the Future proposals for the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
